C. Henderson yesterday afternoon. The verdict is to the effect that Henderson came to his death as the result of a gunshot wound inflicted by Gustav Neurath onthe morning of xUiguat 10, 1906, at orabout 8 o’clock.Three eye witnesses testified to the clrcumsti nc es surrounding the killing.The testimony was in line with the story printed in The Light Friday afternoon. there was nothing newbrought out.Henderson’s son, aged apparently 15 years, will be the principal witness for the prosecution. He saw the tragedy. He testified that he saw his father coming along the road, sawNeurath walk out in the road and fire,saw his father fall, and was first to the wounded man. He testified that life was totally extinct when he reached his father, about a hundred yards away.When he saw Neurath start out of the saloon with the gun he shouted to his father to look out, but apparently was not heard.
