Since Sutherlin went to prison several years ago his wife obtained a divorce and married again. After his release Sutherlin also married. On the occasion mentioned he armed himself with a revolver and went to the home of his former wife itv search of her. stating to a friend before he went that’he would kill her if she did not do with some property as hf wished. When be arrived at the house be was-uaabte to find her and before he had caused any trouble Officer, Charles Douglass arrived on'the scene and disarmed Sutlterh n.
