James W. Shelley, 34,1120 King Louis Court, Cincinnati, was found dead Thursday in a lake near Danridge, Tenn., the victim of an apparent drowning. He had been missing since July 31.He was born in Harlan, Ky,, and educated In the Hamilton public schools.He was employed as a construction worker inCincinnati.Survivors include his wife, Carol' Randell Shelley, Cincinnati; daughter, Christy Jo Shelley, athome; parents, L.6. and Jeanette Elwood Shelley, Hamilton;, two sisters, Mrs. ‘Patricia Wymer, Cincinnati, and Mrs. . Alice Begley, Barberton; three brothers, Thomas L. Shelley, Bakersfield, Calif,, Staff Sgt. Clayton F.
