Lucius Thomas was arrested today by Officer Stringham on a charge of disorderly conduct. Thomas is a colored man and is charged with making an indecent exposure of bis person. He lives on the north side at the foot of the knobs. About two weeks ago, be followed a lady, who was attending thecampmeet* iag services on the bill. She was forced to run to escape him. Last night, he chased another lady and it is reported he has been engaged in the villainous practice for several months. He has been positively identified by the ladies. He will be arraigned today before Justice Rich* ards.
