Medical examiner still waiting to decide on Flannery inquestThe Manitoba Chief Medical Examiner's office will decide later this month whether an inquest will be held into the death of Keith Herbert Flannery, whose body was found floating on the Assiniboine River July 15.A spokesman said a committee met Wednesday to decide whether there will be inquests into various deaths, but all information aboutthe Flannery cast* has not been received from police and medical officials.Flannery, a patient at the Brandon Mental Health Centre, went missing from the mental institution 11 davs before his bodv was found. He was committed when he was found not guilty by reason of insanity for the murders last year of his father and nephew.
