Continue hunt for suspectWESTPORT, N. Y. (UPI) — State police today manned roadblocks emblazoned with posters of Robert F. Garrow in the hope that motorists would either recognize the elusive ex-convict or remember his face during their travels through the eastern Adirondacks.Garrow, 38, of Syracuse, was sought on a murder warrant for the slaying of a young camper July 29 near Speculator and had several times slipped out of a narrowing police dragnet.Maj.
