2 fined, another sentencedAssociate Judge James Allen Tuesday fined two persons in separate incidents and sentenced a third to 14 days in Lee County Jail.Robert Valdivia, 18. found guilty of criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, was sentenced following a hearing. The charge stemmed from a July 2 incident in which he was accused of entering a car owned by Val Galindo without his permission.Leo Fredericks, 36, was fined $15 on a charge of unlawful possession of fireworks. Fredericks was arrested at Page Park Carnival grounds July 1 during the Petunia Festival after displaying firecrackers. He waived jury trial and pleaded guilty.A guilty plea was entered by Lawrence Eccles, 25. charged with disorderly conduct. Eccles was accused of becoming disorderly in Fazzi’s Tap, 1315 East River Road, July 29 by not leaving the premises when asked. He was fined $15.
