Three men who were* arrested lime and in Midland July 28 have been charged with forgery and grand larceny.They are now paying off their bad checks here and will probably be turned over to authorities in New Mexico whore they are wanted on similar charges, according toWinkler County Sheriff L. B. (Bill) Eddins.The three men are B. J. Love. 23, charged with forgery; John Frank Walker, 21, charged with forgery; and Dale Duhaime, 30, charged with grand larceny.Duhaime is charged with writing several checks on a construction firm formerly located in Odessa and now operating in Farmington, N. M.Love is charged with passing the checks to three business firms in Kermit.
