NITE AGAIN CONVICTED.Ohm n for II In l’*rt Inthw LohrvIcw I *»k ltobb«rj.Henderson, Tex., A tig, 7. -The Nile murder trial was ended Saturday evening by the jury rendering a verdict that Jim Nib* was guilty of murder in the first degree, for Which he must be confined in the penitentiary for life for the part he took in the Longview bank robbery.The verdict was rendered just six hours after District Judge Ouabain read his char go. No one had expected a verdict so soon after the trial was ended and nearly every one had predicted amistrial.Jim Nitesat alone and was seemingly indifferent when the foreman of the | jury was reading the verdict.His attorneys will ask for a new trial on the ground of absence of materialwitnesses.When Nite was formerly tried a4; Tyler he received the same sentence,but secured a new trial.
