No one had expected a verdict so soon after the trial was ended and nearly every one had predicted amistrial.Jim Nitesat alone and was seemingly indifferent when the foreman of the | jury was reading the verdict.His attorneys will ask for a new trial on the ground of absence of materialwitnesses.When Nite was formerly tried a4; Tyler he received the same sentence,but secured a new trial.
