Thursday, August 7,1997 AmaWlt;Wrlb#mM ^ 3ATwomarillo menindicted in deathmenWednesday by a Potter County grand jury in connection with the death of Heather Deanna Park.Fidencio Jose Flores, also known10;aggregated theft over $1,500, May 23, 19%;• Brandon Michelle Howard, alsoas Johnny Flores and Francisco Jose known as Brandon Mickclle Howard,Flores, 21, and Gabriel Urban Esquivel, 17, are charged with causing the death of Park, 19, in the course of robbing her on July 1, according toindictments Filed in the 47th District Clerk’s office.The capital murder indictments allege that the two men caused the death of Park by striking her with their hands and feet and then placing her on the railroad tracks in such a way that a train decapitated her.Park’s body was found about 4 a.m. July 1 at the railroad tracks inthe 7200 block of East Amarillo Boulevard.Park apparently knew Flores and Esquivel and gave them a ride from her home about 3 a.m. Within an hour, her parents went out looking for her and chased two men they saw driving Park’s car, police said. .Esquivel and Flores were arrested later that day and remained in the Potter County Detention Center today under $1 million bond apiece.Following are the names, ages, charges and dates of alleged offenses of those indicted or re-indicted Wednesday, as released by the 47th District Clerk’s office:Jeremy Edward Sustaita, 18, burglary of a building, June 21;28, escape, July 31;• Bobbi Michelle Jones, also known as Bobbi Martin, 28, claiming a lottery prize by fraud, June 29;• Charles Erik Hughes, 29, forgery of a Financial instrument, April13;• Chance Elvoid Curtis, 22, aggravated robbery, July 13;• Rachel Charice Zapata, 29, possession of a controlled substance, less than I gram, Feb. 18;• Dellisa Marie Valdez, also known as Dellisa Marie Melvyn, 37, possession of a controlled substance, less than I gram, March 19;Terry Dean Winche of Financialinstrueryment / enhanced, April 1;• Christopher Allyn Sturgeon, 27 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, March 29;• Charlin Renee Anderson, 26forgery of a financial instrument April 15;• Mark Anthony Sauccdo, 19 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, Feb. 25;• John Andrew Rosalez, 19, forgery of a Financial instrument, July 3;• Jonathan West Ortiz, 17, pos session of a controlled substance, lessWilliam Carl Minton, 35, ag- than I gram, March 21; andgravatcd assault with a deadly wcap-• Marlin Jack Mincey, 37, assaulon, assault on a public servant, July on a public servant, July 29~
