Thursday, August 7, 1997Twomarillo menindicted in deathTwo Amarillo men were indicted Wednesday by a Potter County grand jury in connection with the death of Heather Deanna Park.Fidencio Jose Flores, also known as Johnny Flores and Francisco Jose Flores, 21, and Gabriel Urban Esquivel, 17, arc charged with causing the death of Park, 19, in the course of robbing her on July I, according to indictments filed in the 47th District Clerk’s office.The capital murder indictments allege that the two men caused the death of Park by striking her with their hands and feet and then placing her on the railroad tracks in such a way that a train decapitated her.Park’s body was found about 4 a.m. July I at the railroad tracks inthe 7200 block of East Amarillo Boulevard.Park apparently knew Flores and Esquivel and gave them a ride from her home about 3 a.m. Within an hour, her parents went out'looking for her and chased two men they saw driving Park’s car, police said.Esquivel and Flores were arrested later that day and remained in the Potter County Detention Center today under $1 million bond apiece.Following are the names, ages, charges and dates of alleged offenses of those indicted or re-indicted Wednesday, as released by the 47th District Clerk’s office:• Jeremy Edward Sustaita, 18, burglary of a building, June 21;• William Carl Minton, 35, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a public servant, July10;• Matthew S.
