August 7, 1984 133 indicted in pair of robberiesTwo Arnold brothers and an Annapolis man were indicted yesterday by the county grand jury in the robbery of a couple in Pasadena and a Severna Park restaurant.Roland E Blake, also known as Terry E. Blake, his brother Kenny L Blake, both of 55 Joyce Lane, and Thomas A. Brown, of 206 Clay St , are charged with the June 21 armed rubbery of Cordell Hams and Na-chelle Powell Assistant State’s Attorney Patrick J. Bel) said Roland Blake also wasindicted on assault charges for allegedly shooting at Harris after he reported the robbery to police. Harris escaped injury by running into a woodsThe men also are charged with the armed robbery of Mack’s Restaurant in Severna Park on June 27, BeM saidOther indictments handed down yesterday include-■ Theodore Wills, also known as Theodore Wills Butier, of 8341 Pioneer Drive m Severn, on automanslaughter charges stemming from the May 8 traffic death of John Nieklas.Nicklas was killed as he attempted to make a left turn on Crain Highway, dnd was struck by Wills' vehicle, which was traveling at about 90 mph, Bell said.Wills also is charged vuth lesser offenses of homicide by motor vehi ele while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.■ John H. Koch 111. of 811 Herndon Court in Brooklyn, charged withattempting to obtain Valium with a forged prescription at a Drug Fair pharmacy in Glen Burnie. The alleged offense occurred July 1, Bell said■ Garrett W. Chase, of 177 West St in Annapolis, indicted for alleged assault with intent to rob a Blue Star Cab employee Chase allegedly went into the cab stand and demanded money When the victim told him she did not have any money, Chase allegedly left The incident occurred July 14.
