The reprort placed the time of death at about 8 a.m. Thursday.After finding his daughter’s body, Bishop went to aneighbor’s house and summoned police. The victim's husband, David, was notified by po=, lice and arrived at the scene and was taken to the state police barracks in LaFayette for questioning; He reported, police said, that he had last seen his wife alive when he left for work at 7:30 a.m.Man taken from sceneA man identified only as the victim’s brother-in-law was taken from the scene for questioning but auth: orities have yet to confirm whether the man was Marnell.Police have been stopping cars on Coye Road to interview motorists about whether they had driven past the Olrich house on the day of the killing and what, if anything, they may have seen.Investigators reportedly are still at the Olrich residence today searching for a murder weapon as they have for the past day and a half by searching surrounding yard’s for evidence connected with the crime.No indications have been given as to the circumstances leading to the arrest of Marnell as investigators have declined to elaborate on thecase.Services MondayA life resident of Jamesville. Charles Bishop: her maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wheeler, and several nieces and nephews.Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Hail Funeral Home. LaFayette. the Rev. Donald Rush officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jamesville.Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Contributions may be made tovthe Jamesville Fire Department.
