Justice Is BlindLouis Tiber! 'was arrested last week, charged with driving a taxi without a license. The arrest was made by Officer Schultz, on complaint made by state officers, who are trying to break up tlie practice of driving by unlicensed chauffeurs. Tiheri was before Magistrate Lauer last week* and after hearing the case he was fined $25 and -coats.The magistrate says .Too Aparati, I he owner of the car, will have to paythe fine. It appears that Tiberi has had a hard time recently. Ho has several small children, and his father and mother died hist winter. Expense* have been heavy, and Louis turned his hand to anything that offered him a chance to make a dollar. Aparati asked him to drive the car for a trip,and he did so, and the police got him.
