He was the son of Lyman Fay, of Bethel, Vermont, *vho with his father’s family came to Ohio in 1S15. Winslow Fay spent nearly his whole life in Erie county, but lor the past six years made his home in Elyria. He soon after coming to this place united with the Congregational Church here. His two son?, W- L. Fay and W. W- Fay, are the only members of his family surviving him. His funeral services will be held at Florence, Erie county, on Thursday, at 11 a.m., at which place he will he interred by the aide of those who have gone before.
