Vanderbilt, according to the police, bad been warned not. to “fraternize” with certain neighbors with* whom be is said to have had trouble, but the police say he disobeyed instructions. Ilia hearing yesterday was continued.Several families of colored children were arraigned in police court this afternoon at 2 o'clock, charged with Insulting several white women.
