The suicide of Mrs. John Updike in the neighborhood of JVay^frs-burg, which occured. Ia^t weea, makes the fourth case of suicide within ten years, which has taken place in what is known as the ‘Dark Corner’ of Decatur and Bartholomew counties. Thomas Bishop. Clint Biddinger and James Elliot having committed suicide within ten years, and Logan Collier, Samuel Wolf, and a woman named Pottorff within fifteen years.
