*■-Ilf.ia for Trial.Dell Moon was up before Judge Marsh Tuesday, charged with obtaining goodB'under false pretenses or a west side grocer. The evidence was such that the judge thought best to hold him for trial atjthe next term of court, and-bail not being furnished he went to jail, which by this time must seem quite homelike t© him, having spent so much of his leisure time within its walls.
