Held for Trial.Bell Moon was up before Judge Marsh Tuesday, charged with obtaining goods under false pretenses or a west side grocer. The evidence was such that the judge thought best to hold him for trial atj the next term of court, and -bail not being furnished he went to jail, which by ihie time ■ must seem quite homelike to him, having spent so much of his leisure time within its walla.
