Held for Trial.Bell Moon was up before Judge Marsh Tuesday, charged with obtaining goods'under false pretenses of a west side grocer. The evidence was such that the judge thought best to hold him for trial at!the next term of court, and bail not being furnished he went to jail, which by this time must seem quite homelike to him, having spent so much of his leisure time within its walls.
