A Robinson, Wallace Glendenmg, Joseph Gamble, Thomas Frear, James Frear, John Ingraham, John Catch and Hodges. They also arrested Joseph Jor.dan, but on his amvnl m San Francisco, he proved not to be the party implicated and was discharged. The above parties are charged by Glasby, one of the stage robberg, with being accomplices, before and after the fact, of the stage robbery,and upon his evidence the Grand Jury found bills of indictment against them, and Judge Brock way issued warrants for their armt.
