Two Men Plead Innocent To IndictmentsTwo men charged with burglaries of three Lorain business establish-* ments pleaded innocent today to j ! four indictments which were re-! turned against them last November, j The men are Anthony Ho bar. ar-1 I rested last Thursday at a house in | Garfield Heights. He is unable; 1 n, to sit upright in his chair because ;t e;of an operation which apparently J resulted in the removal of some- lt;: thing from his back. :ir | Chained Together .1j The two men. handcuffed and : )chained together at the ankles, were;: 1 again guarded by Sheriff Carl H. : | Finegan and four deputies on the * walk from the jail to the court; house, and the sheriff and four dep-J uties remained on guard throughout / the arraignment. They stepped out-j lt;side the court room during Glea-:‘ son's conference with his clients. lt;-but remained where they could see!'the men at all times.: The not guilty pleas were entered ■ j^; to four indictments, all charging (_. burglary. One of the indictments J -ccntains two charges. Reading of the indictments was waived.^ Judge Findley announced that the ...trial will start on Monday. August ^ j 23. J.,r| Austin examined Hobar and found, js! that he had a nine-inch scar along I I his back, apparently as a result ofj.. sjan operation. Hobar said that he, f. y! had slipped on a stairway about six:v i* months ago, after the operation, and - r injured his back again.Assistant Prosecutor Richard S. Horan represented the prosecutor's office at the arraignment today.
