Day was given time at the Mich-sdCt(lt;igan city prison, but the son-in-law’s sentence was suspended on condition *that he remain at home and providefor the family of Day with whom hewas making his home. This he failed to do and on complaint of hiswife and mother-in-law was re-ar-1rested.For some time Goodnight hasbeen working at the Levi Junk yardtbut instead of contributing to thefamily is alleged tohave been putting all of his earningson an automobile which he was buy-*1ing on payments.U
