WITH A BIGAMIST.Tichnell Would Not Beturn Without Requisition Papers.Special to The Tribune.Parkersburg1, W. Va., Aug. 4.—Sheriff Z. T. Morgan, of Marion County, passed through here last evening, having In custody Joe Tichnell, the bigamist who broke jail at Fairmont some weeks ago and escaped into Ohio. Tichnell would not return to this State without a requisition, and Morgan was obliged to go to Columbus and obtain the proper papers before he could bring his man back. He states that whilein Marietta, where Tichnell was captured, he was met by Wife No. 2, who abused him in the most Bitter terms, causing him to lose his temper and read her record to her in a public manner.
