—Louis and Augustus Trunkhill, of Clyde, half breed Indians, on their wayfrom Avoca to their home, one night last week, called at the house of Mr. Nankce after tho family had retired, and rousing them in rather a boisterous manner, and using threatening language. Mr. Nankec being roused so hastily in the night was considerably frightened, and left the house in a great hurry with less than a complete Texan costume, and called on Mr. Folz, his next neighbor, for assistance. With the assistance of Mr. F., Mr. N. got his house cleared of the disturbers. They were ar rested and fined, Louis $5 and Augustus $’0 and costs, amounting in all to $31.00.
