Verdict, Guilty.Four months imprisonment.GEORGE WE1GHILL was charged with the manslaughter of Thomas Aeomb, at Overton, near York. Verdict, Not Guilty.JAMES DONNIGHTY, 22, and MICHAEL HALEY,23, were charged with having, on the 20th of June last, at Folkton, near Bridlington, committed a burglary in the dwelling-house of Wrn. Nesfield. Verdict, Guiltv. There were two other charges of burglary against the prisoners, but they were not gone into. Haley, who had been previously convicted, was sentenced to seven years, and Don-mghty to five years’ penal servitude.JOHN CORBETT, 28, and JAMES FINN, 19, were charged with having, on the 7th of June, at Kilmvick, near Pocklington, burglariously entered the house of Thomas Lamb. Verdict, Guilty. Fifteen months imprisonment.GEORGE BROW N, 44, was charged with having on the 24th of Juuc, at Lythe, near W'hitby, stolen four stones oflead, the property of Henry Armstrong. Verdict—GUILTY. To be imprisoned for twelve mouths.STAPLETON BOUGHT V was charged with the manslaughter of Mary Doughty, his mother, at Haxby, nearYork, on the JLstof May. Verdict, Not Guilty.PETER WOODS was charged with having, ou the 6th of of May, at Middlesbio', obtained a watch by talse pretences. Verdict, Guilty. To be imprisoned for four months.
