Nien-hueser. Tiw-of Liberty, was cited on a charge of purchasing, consuming. possessing, or transporting intoxicants while being under the age of 21. Nienhueser is to appear before District Justice William G. Farrell at Wellsboro Missing Person Officer R. Wheeler investigated * missing person complaint on luly 28 at 12:30 p.m. An elderly in-Jividual walked away from family nembers who were shopping in iVellsboro. The individual was lo ated at alHut 3 30 p.m. and re-rieved by falpiiy members from he Tioga County Jail.Domestic Disburbonce On July 29 at 1:05 p.m., OfTicer ’homas Young was dispatched to domestic disturbance call at an ^ast Ave. residence. OfTicer It Wheeler recovered a piece of lawn furniture which can be claimed at the Wellsboro Police Station upon proper identification by its owner. *Arcadia Theater EntryAt 4:21 p.ni July 31. OfTicer Osgood responded to the Arcadia Theater. Main St.. alter being contacted by Michael J. Wood who stated that someone had forced open the rear dpor of the theater and gained access to the building. Examination of the interior revealed no damage and no apparent loss.
