Blinded by Strikers.A terrible affair occurred at Bradford Wednesday. The glass company had decided to employ none but non-union workmen, and on Monday Fortune Dogneaux, who was to act as foreman and a man named Edward Delaler, arrived from Meadville. On Wednesday they were looking through the works with President McCartney when the building was attacked by the union workmen. The three men escaped and ran for their lives. Delaler was caught and severely beaten, and Dogneaux was thrown down and his eyes so severely gouged that the sight was destroyed. The injured man was removed to the Buffalo hospital. Several of the rioters were arrested.
