Ind. .and Frank Moore, 45, also f Greencastle.Appearing in city court Sa*ur-lay before Mayor Evan Crawley, Jones was fined $10 and costs, vOtaling $23. plus a six-month -uspencled penal farm sentence.Dorothy Orman was fined $3 and costs, totaling $18.Mlt;»ore’s case was continued.Also arrested by city police but appearing before Justice of the F'eace Ola Ellis on Saturday was Kenneth C. Moreland. Pleading guilty to reckless driving, he was leleased a/ter paying a fine of $1 and costs, totaling $15.75.Meanwhile two men were arrested for drunken driving by state police and also appeared before Ellis.Arrested Friday evening was Thomas J. Regan, 43. of Indianapolis on charge of drunken driving, and on Saturday night Ernest J.
