Ricksaid.Baugh was in critical conditionat a 1BaughTuesday Memori Hermann Hospital in Houston, where he was under police guard, Park said. He could face a charge of attempted capital murder, Park said.Soto, who was not injured, was placed on paid administrative leave while the investigation proceeds, which is standard procedure, Park said.
