Two Charged In IncidentRichard N. Hamel, 25, of 704 N. Ninth St., Bellwood, and Kenneth \V. Henry, 18, of 702 2ist St., Altoona, were arrested by Altoona police on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.They were arraigned by Magistrate William B. Lower and bond was set at $1,000.Hamel was released on bond and Henry was lodged in theBlair County Prison in lieu of bond.They were alleged to have forcibly entered the home ofRobert T. Musseltman, 20067th ave., Altoona, by breaking a door glass and panel.A hearing dale was not set.
