PINED $300 ON LIQUOR CHARGERobert Johnson Entered Guilty Plearat Orange City MondayRobert Johnson, arrested here recently by -Sheriff Hugo Synhorst and Marshal Matt Doctor following a raid on his home when a large quantity of liquor bearing state seals was found in his possession, plead guilty to a county attorney's information charging him with maintaining a liquor nuisance at Orange City Monday and was assessed a fine of $300 and costs which he paid.George Albertus, who was arrested on a similar charge following a raid the same day and was bound over to the grand jury which meets in September, posted a satisfactory $1,500 bond last week and was released from custody.
