Police NabThree YouthWHEELING, W. Va. (UP)-AnOhio youth, suspected of auto theft, along with two companions, were arrested here Monday after a 10-block chase through Wheeling’s business district.The trio was identified as Herman L. Clouston, Jr., 23, Bellaire, Ohio, and his companions, Richard Roux, 19, and Charles Olshock, 21, both of Washington, Pa.Authorities said Clouston allegedly stole a car in nearby Triadel-phia, Monday night, took it to Martins Ferry, Ohio, where he traded it in on a used car.Wheeling police were later alerted to pick up the used car and they spotted it Tuesday. The Federal Bureau of Investigation came into the case since the cars eon-jg cerned had both been taken acrossstate lines. *
