His arrest was made after a search extending through several states. He will he returned to New York to answer the «i i charges and will be deported from f« \ the country. The Macedonian is a -! fugitive from the western district of New York, where he was indicted by the grand jury for perjury. H is charged the youth obtained entrance to the United States through violation of the immigration laws.
