Today he was arraigned again before Justice Kloenne upon a charge of larceny preferred by his father and the case was sent over to the circuit court. The affidavit charges that the defendant stole a piece of sidemet. worth one dollar, and a hand saw valued at seventy-five cents.Being unable to procure bond the young man is now in jail.
