She was charged with being a member of the conspiracy vvhicu resulted in the killing of Larry Keating by Cherokee Bill.She was accused of furnishing thepistol with which the deed wasdone. Frank and Ed Shellev, two• *of the alleged conspirators, have been sent to the pen on other charges; George Pierce, another one, and Webber Isaacs, an important witness, will hang on April 30th. Andy Crittenden, another witness, has gone to the pen.
