Mayor’s Court.Mrs. Alice Taylor, the colored woman who was before the mayor on the cherge of assault and battery on James Freeman, was acquitted this morning. The defendant was charged with setting her dog on the plnntiff whose pantaloons were badly chewed, as were also his shins.
