Monroe burglary case slated for grand juryTwo Middletown men have been bound over to theSrand jury on charges inUttar County Arts Two Court stemming from a break-in at Wicke's Lumber Co., Monroe.Judge William R. Hendrickson bound over Frank Wayne Kemplin, 23, 2112 Baltimore St.. and Hardin Joseph Jr., 23, 3114 Andrew St.Both men were charged April 22 by Monroe police with breaking and entering, grand theft and carrying a concealed weapon in the break-in at the lumbercompany at 303 Garver Road.Kemplin is also charged with having a weapon while under disability becausepolice said he is under in-dictment for a charge of felonious assault from another incident.Reports indicate the two men were arrested by Lt.Mike Lawhorn of theMonroe police department at 1:35 a.m. at the lumber company.A series of blank checks were found on the pair, the reports indicate, and each man was carrying a handi in V;J I *
