It was claimed by some that Johnathan Overturf was a Bilent partner of Wetzel’s and under this condition the above suit was instituted. Mr. Overturf did loan Wetzel a little over $500 about JO days before the crash came The case was filed in the Jennings Circuit Court and venued to Madison by the plaintiff.Nebraska.
