Schneider said. *T thought the star chamber ended some time ago. It was a blatant violation of her rights.Schneider then moved that thewhole situation was explained to her twice.Mrs. Pollock added she did not close the arraignment and did not know who did.During the April 14 arraignment, Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Jay Frontino refused to allow anyone in the conference room for the arraignment.Schneider said the public defender’s office was not told about the arraignment and added, No attorney was called on her behalf.’ * Speaking to Mrs. Pollack, he said, It was closed on your decision on the recommendation of the district attorney.During the Friday preliminary hearing. Miss Chusid frequently called out to dispute the testimony of prosecution witnesses. Mrs. Pollock frequently told Miss Chusid that it was in her best interest to refrain from interrupting the proceedings.At one point, after Miss Chusid insisted that her last name is Chase and not Chusid, Mrs. Pollock said to the defense lawyers, Tell Marilyn to talk to her lawyer if she wants to say something.”Miss Chusid also called out several times that the prosecutionwitnesses were lying and also said, You can all Jump in the grave with him (the murder victim). I'm not going to play with you.The murder suspect has a history of mental illness and one month before the incident was released from Eugenia Hospital, a psychiatric institution in Lafayette Hill. It has not been explained why Miss Chusid was released from the hospital or how she was committed.The victim was an original owner of a Levittown house on Pebble Lane in Falls Township. The house burned down last year and William Chusid and his wife Celia Chusid moved to the Top of the Hill Apartments.The Falls Township house was rebuilt and Chusid put it up for sale the Friday before he was stabbed to death.During the incident, Mrs. Chusid also was stabbed, according to police reports. At the preliminary hearing on Friday. Miss Chusid waved to her mother, who was watching the hearing with a bandage on her left hand.One union andn:«
