Eagleton has held the position of commissioner for about four years. During the last term of court at Latirange Attorney Anthony Deahl. of this city, was employed by interested parties to prosecute Hagleton- Attorney Deahl appeared before the court and charged that the commissioner had failed to account for certain collections and thatbis reports had not been made according to the statute.
