Bv Register Staff WriterOAK HILL — Winfred Wriston of Dothan, and Luther Wriston. of Scarbro. are being held in Fa\r*,e County Jail following their arrests on charges of stealing 480 poundsof copper from the Mary Francis Coal Co.They were arrested in Berkley Friday morning, by Trooper C. C McGraw and returned to the Fayette County Jail by Cpl. H DGibbs of the Fayette County State Police.In a hearing before Magistrate V irgil Lyons Friday afternoon a bond of $500 each was declared.According to police Winfred Wriston was in the employe of the Mary Francis Coal Co., and lives in one of the firm's houses.Luther Wriston, said to be a Cousin, took Winfred to Berkley, Thursday, where they tried to sell the copper to a junk dealer, 4he officers reported. They were told they would have to produce a bill-of-sale. Friday morning the two men made another attempt at another junk yard in Beckley, where they were arrested.
