Three Charged With Gambling in Pinball Payoffissued summons to appear in justice court here to answer charges of conducting and permitting gambling.Sheriff s deputies Winford Kelly and Joe Redondo have brought the misdemeanor charge* against Bill Bower, Mike Fisher and Ksmun-do Gill. Bower is identified as the proprietor of the Airline Cafe; Fisher of the Western Cafe next to the Airline and Gill of the North Gila Store, 10 miles east on Highway 9SThe deputies have charged the three men with paying off on pinball machines. The hearing has been set for 10 a m Thursday.Sheriff Pete Newman said today that gambling of no kind will be permitted and that that includes paying off on pinball machines.
