Kidnap SuspectMay Face DeathDENVER, April 25. lt;U.R)~Dis-triet Attorftey Bert Keating said today he would ask for the death penalty at the trial of 18-year-old Monte E. Feasel, charged withkidnaping, rape and robbery involving five women.“I’m going to prosecute the case personally,” Keating said, “because I'm going to ask for the death penalty under our ‘Little Lindbergh1 kidnaping law.Keating said the Denver youth admitted assaulting a 51-year-old housekeeper. He indicated that the prosecution would contend that the case involved kidnaping, which carries the death penalty.
