The girls are now under sentence to the Girls Industrial Home at Delaware growing out of a case in which sensational testimony was jd vcn involving visits to White City park of which Mrs. Westfall is part owner.• On the same charge, William (Pat) Gradolph, proprietor, was convicted and sentenced to .one year in the Dayton workhouse, fined $1,000 nnd costs of which $500 was suspended on condition that White City park remain closed, Harry Gradolph, employee of the park, was also convicted, fined $100 and costs and given a suspended sentence of one year in the workhouse.Court officials maintain that Mrs. Westfall as oarl owner of the park is equally liablp. The easet however, does not rest on that fact alone as juvenile court officials say that •new evidence, not heard in the. trial of Grndolph* will be introduced in the present case.The three girls were in court Thursday morning awaiting call as witnesses,- They are in custody of Hattie S, Clark, assistant probation officer.Judge Woodruff overruled motions for Attorney Wonnell to quash the charges, demurrers to the warrants and the motion for the court to elm1, which charge will be prosecuted, Wonnell excepted to the rulings. Prosecutor P. P. Boli ia prosecuting the ense.
