He has been arraigned on three counts of murder and an attempt to murder and the Grand Jury is- scheduled to consider the case June 2In (be interim, what happened to the three orphan ed children of the Cooper including the one wounded during the shooting spree which killed their parents?The children are Morgan Cooper, 5; Sandra Cooper, 2 and Jimmy, 11 months.It was Sandra who was wounded. The child was shot in the abdomen and taken to Tucker County Hospital. A couple days after the shooting, Morgan and Jimmy also were admitted to the hospital by relatives suffering from gastroenteritis,“The physical results of (he baby falling from the arms of its wounded mother and the horror of a five-year-old standing and seeing his mother and father shot down could well be the ‘bug’ which is hurfing the children most, a relative said at the time the two boys were taken to thehospital.The children soon endeared themselves to the hospital staff and Parsons and the area opened its hearts to them. They became very special patients.When the two boys were released from the hospital, Sandra remained behind for further treatment. It was the first time they had been separated. Last Tuesday, Sandra was released from the hospital but Thursday night, she was re-, admitted because, a county officer reported, the incision had reopened.These Cooper children, whose father, the late Fred D. Wanna walk, wanna walk,” she kept saying over and over.'The doctor put beautifulpink slippers on her feet, and told how a woman patient knew Sandra had been walking in her street shoes, measured her feet and bought her the slippers after leaving the hospital.
