IB M.A ServiceKnoxville, Tenn.—A little less than three years ago Bailey Manning wa arrested for the murder of his broth-vT-in-la\v, Dr. E. J McDaniel.After some delay he was brought to trial. A seemingly perfect net ol cir cumstantial evidence caused his conviction and he was sentenced to 2 years in piison.
