Simeon Mason, Henry Sutton, W. F. France. John Smith and Josiah• • rMcKinney of Monroe township, all enterprising citizens, came to town Tuesday, being witnesses in the South Fork ditch case that was commenced last week in a special term of the circuit court with O M. Welborn serving as judge.
