W. tracks, (between Lincoln and LaFayette] •lit eta, a bullet having been shotthru the lett eye.Mr. Ebert was found by his wifeami daughter. Miss Herthu, 18 yearsof age, shortly before midnight, thetwo having gone out in search of him. His body was lying face downward onthe east side of the Erie tracks,opposite th* switch target, near the switch which runs to the plant of thelitincis Silo Company, between Lin- i eta»t and LaFayette streets. ,
