Loueila Wyatt and Andrew H. Wyatt, residing at La Grange, La Grange .-minty, Indiana, Sarah Stevlck, residing at C idarville, Aileu county, Indiana, and Lida M. Snyder and Eli Snyder, residing at Ft. Wayne, Indiana, will take notice that on the37th day of March, 1901,Frank Dairy in pie, guardian of Mullnda Snyder tiled Ills petition in the court of common pleas of Detlance cotiuty, Ohio in case No. 7372 against the above named parties and others praying for a decree setting aside and annulling a certain dee-1 made by said Malinda Snyder and Andrew it. Wyatt ou or about the 22nd day of February, l'joo, to said Loueila Wyatt for the Snyder homestead, in sections seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) in Hicksvitle township, Deti-ance county. Ohio, containing tn all 64 6i-ion acres of land particularly described in said petition, also that three promlsory notes for $500 each and three mortgages on said lauds above described securing the same made by said Mallnda Snyder to Loueila Wyatt, Lida M. Snyder and said Sarah Stevlck respectively on or about April 1st, 1898, anu due one year after date, be set aside,cancelled and held for naught an i that said Louelle Wyatt and Andrew K. Wyatt be enjoined from si lling, bartering, disposing of or encumbering said real estate or aoy part thereof and for general equitable relief it being averred In said petition that said notes, mortgages and deed were obtained without consideration. and by undue influence and over pursuaslon by the nayees and grantees thereof who were and are in confidential relations with said Mallnda Snyder and while she was infirm in body and mind and unable to understand the purporter effect thereof.said defendants are required to answer or demur to said petition ou or before the -35th lt;lay or May, 1901, or the petition of said plaintiff will be taken as true and judgement and decree rendered accordingly.
